CoolSculpting is a non-invasive procedure that has many benefits over surgical fat-reducing treatment. Studies have proven it is an effective fat reduction procedure that helps to remove fat cells by freezing them from under the skin.
CoolSculpting is a safe procedure, it has minor, temporary side effects like numbness, tingling or redness, which subside after a few days.
Since CoolSculpting causes the elimination of fat cells it makes you look sculpted or thinner but it does not reduce weight.
Non-surgical body sculpting (CoolSculpting) is a non-invasive procedure also known as Cryolipolysis. That works by freezing fat cells under the skin. Whereas Liposuction is a surgical procedure, it is performed under anesthesia and requires a few days of recovery time.
Since Coolsculpting is non-invasive, it is considered safe and has minimal side effects. Secondly, the results are permanent because the cells eliminated through the procedure do not come back, but new fat cells can develop if a good diet and healthy lifestyle are not maintained.
It refers to an aesthetic procedure done to sculpt the body by fat cell reduction and skin tightening.
Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia is a very rare complication of CoolSculpting, it occurs in 0.00051% of people in 1.5 million cases. It is an unexpected overgrowth of adipose tissue, some weeks after the procedure, in which the affected area gets enlarged and hardened.
There is minimal recovery time required after a CoolSculpting procedure, depending on the area. There may be minor redness or soreness in the treated area but it usually subsides in a few days.
The average cost of CoolSculpting treatment ranges from $2000-$4000. We can offer you a better estimate after consultation and determining your needs.
That will depend on each patient’s body and needs, every treatment will be scheduled months apart to give enough time for the body to heal and react naturally to the procedure.
Please contact the clinic for details about our financing and payment options.
Each treatment session can last about 30-60 minutes.

CoolSculpting is a non-surgical treatment that eliminates stubborn and unwanted fat cells without downtime, surgery, or needles. The process targets fat through controlled cooling that kills fat cells which the body then breaks down and excretes through the lymphatic system over several weeks. Cool Sculpting will target fat cells without damaging any other body structures such as skin, blood vessels, or organs. The results are clinically proven to have long lasting results and each treatment plan is customized to each individual’s body and area of concern.

Beautiful Regina – parks, museums, beaches, art, and entertainment. Regina truly is a jewel of the prairies. While it may be far away from coastal hotspots, Regina is a hotspot of its own. Like an oasis, with beautiful beaches and lakes, it is a breath of fresh air after travelling through the quiet prairies. Skin Clinics is undoubtedly excited to have a clinic in Regina and we’ve put together a list of things we’ve noticed about the city and want to pay homage to. We believe in community and this city has yet to stop impressing us.
With all there is to do in Regina, a night on the town is fun and easy. You can grab an amazing dinner at one of the local restaurants, see a show at the Globe Theatre, and go for drinks at one of the many great local watering holes. If a show isn’t your thing, enter Casino Regina, for a Bond-fueled evening of gambling and drinks.
One of our favourite parts of Regina is the ability to get lost for a day at all the museums and galleries. The MacKenzie Art Gallery, Saskatchewan Science Centre, and Royal Saskatchewan Museum are all amazing places to wander for hours and take in incredible exhibits. There is art, natural history, and hands-on science all on display. When you get tired of the museums, you can hop in the car and go hang out on the beach, or grab a drink downtown!
All in all, Skin Clinics is proud to call ourselves residents of Regina. We work hard to provide high-end dermatology and skin treatments to patients and clients. The City of Regina has embraced us with open arms just as we have embraced our neighbours. Community is important to us and plays a major role in why our doctors got into medicine in the first place.
If you’re interested in looking into cosmetic dermatological treatment, talk to the Skin Clinics team. We want to put a smile on your face.
