Reports To: Digital Marketing Director & Marketing and Design Specialist
Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and strategic Content Marketer/Copywriter to craft engaging,
brand-aligned content that inspires, educates, and drives action. This role is key in shaping the
Sneath Group and partners voice across digital channels, supporting marketing campaigns, and
delivering content that converts leads into loyal clients.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation
● Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with Sneath Group and partners’
marketing objectives, brand voice, and luxury positioning.
● Write and publish compelling, high-converting copy for a variety of channels, including
website pages, landing pages, funnels, blog posts, social media, email campaigns, ads, and
more.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars, ensuring a consistent flow
of fresh, relevant content tailored to different audience segments.
● Craft educational content (e.g., treatment guides, FAQs, how-to articles, interviews) that
positions Sneath Group and partners as a trusted authority in their respective spaces.
Brand Storytelling & Messaging
● Ensure all content maintains a consistent tone of voice—luxurious, approachable, and
expertise-driven—across platforms.
● Refine key messaging for Sneath Group and partners’ services, promotions, and brand
campaigns, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
● Support campaign launches with creative copy that drives awareness, engagement, and
bookings.
SEO & Performance Optimization (Direction will be provided by Managers)
● Conduct keyword research and integrate SEO best practices into all written content to
improve organic visibility and rankings.
● Optimize existing content for search engines and user experience, including meta titles,
descriptions, headings, and calls to action (CTAs).
● Collaborate with the marketing team to review performance metrics and iterate content
based on data insights (e.g., engagement rates, conversion rates).
Collaboration & Project Management
● Work closely with the marketing team, designers, videographers, and clinic teams to
ensure content supports marketing initiatives.
● Manage deadlines, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery of content assets for
campaigns, launches, and promotions.
● Contribute ideas for new content formats, storytelling approaches, and marketing
initiatives that elevate the Sneath Group and partners brand.
Qualifications and Skills
● Background in healthcare, aesthetics, luxury brands, or wellness marketing is a strong
asset.
Core Skills
● Exceptional writing and editing skills with a strong understanding of grammar, tone, and
storytelling techniques.
● Ability to adapt writing style to reflect a luxury brand voice.
● Strong understanding of content marketing principles and audience segmentation.
● Proven ability to write high-converting copy for digital campaigns.
● Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Expertise
● Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify).
● Experience with SEO tools such as, Ahrefs, or Google Keyword Planner or other SEO
content writing tools).
● Understanding of Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and basic performance reporting.
● Basic knowledge of design principles.
● Experience with email marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or ActiveCampaign.
● Knowledge of marketing best practices for the aesthetics or medical spa industry is a plus.
