Use medical-grade SPF 50 daily on the treatment area for 4 to 6 weeks prior
Shower before your visit, as you may not be able to wash your hair for a few days
Please shave any facial hair in the treatment area before your appointment
After your consultation, you’ll receive prescriptions for Valtrex, Hydroval

After your treatment

Recovering

Bleeding or oozing may occur in the first 24 hours
Redness or swelling is normal
Dryness, scabbing and peeling will develop as your skin heals
Protect from sun & wear SPF 50 daily1 week
Start vinegar soaks the day after treatment
Apply a thin layer of Aquaphor after cleansing
Repeat vinegar soaks up to 12 times daily if needed
