Things to do in Regina

REGINA

Beautiful Regina – parks, museums, beaches, art, and entertainment. Regina truly is a jewel of the prairies. While it may be far away from coastal hotspots, Regina is a hotspot of its own. Like an oasis, with beautiful beaches and lakes, it is a breath of fresh air after travelling through the quiet prairies. Skin Clinics is undoubtedly excited to have a clinic in Regina and we’ve put together a list of things we’ve noticed about the city and want to pay homage to. We believe in community and this city has yet to stop impressing us.

ABOUT REGINA

Beautiful Regina – parks, museums, beaches, art, and entertainment. Regina truly is a jewel of the prairies. While it may be far away from coastal hotspots, Regina is a hotspot of its own. Like an oasis, with beautiful beaches and lakes, it is a breath of fresh air after travelling through the quiet prairies. THE PEOPLE

First of all, we cannot say enough about the people in Regina. They are so friendly. It really is the Canadian way – but maybe there is an extra sprinkle of Saskatchewan on top. Since day one, our clients have been some of the nicest people you could ever want to work with. Additionally, people walking down the street are just as kind.

ENTERTAINMENT

With all there is to do in Regina, a night on the town is fun and easy. You can grab an amazing dinner at one of the local restaurants, see a show at the Globe Theatre, and go for drinks at one of the many great local watering holes. If a show isn’t your thing, enter Casino Regina, for a Bond-fueled evening of gambling and drinks.

THE BEACH

Easily the best part of Regina is the fact it sits on a lake. One of few capital cities to do so. With access to all the usual modern amenities found in a big city, paired with the ability to get away from it all and hang out at the beach only minutes away, Regina is a slice of paradise.

MUSEUMS & GALLERIES

One of our favourite parts of Regina is the ability to get lost for a day at all the museums and galleries. The MacKenzie Art Gallery, Saskatchewan Science Centre, and Royal Saskatchewan Museum are all amazing places to wander for hours and take in incredible exhibits. There is art, natural history, and hands-on science all on display. When you get tired of the museums, you can hop in the car and go hang out on the beach, or grab a drink downtown!

All in all, Skin Clinics is proud to call ourselves residents of Regina. We work hard to provide high-end dermatology and skin treatments to patients and clients. The City of Regina has embraced us with open arms just as we have embraced our neighbours. Community is important to us and plays a major role in why our doctors got into medicine in the first place.

If you’re interested in looking into cosmetic dermatological treatment, talk to the Skin Clinics team. We want to put a smile on your face.
